is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Ubud Palace and Ubud traditional market. The rooms feature private bathrooms and are adorned with traditional Balinese exteriors. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the guest house.

The rooms are cooled by fans and include a private terrace with a garden view and seating area. Additionally, the private bathrooms are equipped with shower facilities.

Budi House is also within a 15-minute walk to Ubud Monkey Forest and is a 1.5-hour drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Guests have the option to arrange car and motorbike rentals through the guest house, and laundry services are available upon request.

It is an idyllic setting perfectly located at the centre of the art and craft villages of Bali, This area is home to some of Bali’s best artist and woodcarver including your host at Taman Harum Ida Bagus Tantra, known worldwide as one of Bali’s most renowned wood carvers.A slice of heaven in Ubud”. From the minute we drove in I could feel we had chosen the best of the best. Its reception was earthy yet stylishly decorated. Authentic Balinese artefacts and sculptures made up the décor. As I walked down the leafy avenue towards my room I could feel the spiritual essence that they had created for their patrons….and then I opened my door to my room and I felt I had been given a slice of heaven. I am a seasoned traveller and I always look for a mix between an authentic atmosphere, clean and stylish rooms and excellent service. Taman Harum Cottages has all of that….and for a great price! The staff were always so helpful, polite and available. I spent 4 days there and will definitely be going back next time I visit Ubud. They are not quite in the centre of Ubud (about 7 minutes out of the city) but that did not phase us, as they offered us a free shuttle service to take us into town and fetch us whenever we wanted. In fact it was a plus. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle….and after I had experienced their massage (went back for seconds because it’s the best I’ve ever had!!)…. And their glasslike pool overlooking miles and miles of rice paddies and raw nature…… I can’t wait to go back! I would highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Bali!
