Your day schedule incorporates a blend of time management strategies and wellness practices to kickstart your day on a productive and healthy note.

5.00 AM

In Part One, you begin your day at 5 AM with Ayurvedic cleansing techniques and a detox drink containing activated charcoal and Ayurvedic superfoods. This helps cleanse your body, promote overall health, and set the tone for the rest of the day.

Next, you engage in a 20-minute exercise session that includes slow jogging, stretching, cardio, coordination, balance, and strength exercises, ensuring you maintain physical fitness and improve your overall well-being.

To nurture your mind, you spend 20 minutes journaling in two separate journals: one for personal growth and gratitude, and another for setting goals related to office work.

Lastly, you dedicate 20 minutes to learning a new skill, such as calligraphy, which helps stimulate your creativity and promotes continuous personal development.

After lunch, you'll tackle your final office session of the day, focusing on five C tasks. These tasks are generally quick and simple, requiring less than a minute to complete. This session allows you to tie up any loose ends and finish off smaller, less demanding tasks, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment as you wrap up your workday.

Following the completion of your C tasks, you'll take advantage of your transportation time to hold a productive meeting for CEOs and managers. This innovative approach demonstrates that effective meetings can take place outside of the traditional office setting, utilizing time spent in transit to discuss business matters and make efficient use of your schedule.

By conducting your meeting during transportation, you'll not only save valuable time but also encourage a more relaxed and informal atmosphere, potentially fostering creativity and open communication among team members.

Meetings

The Holistic Oasis Leadership Bali retreat aims to demonstrate that meetings can be held effectively in various settings beyond the traditional boardroom. By organizing meetings during transportation or in scenic locations like the beach, participants will experience different meeting environments throughout the week. This aspect of the program challenges conventional thinking and encourages attendees to adapt to diverse settings, fostering creativity and adaptability in their professional lives.

The 5AM Club method

is known as “The Mother of All Routines.” It involves building a new habit of investing the first hour of your day in high-value activities that maximize personal growth and personal development. It establishes a consistent practice of working on the most important things first thing in the morning
